So explanation, I currently have no way to buy anything on this site and I Want create a story(the ability to create a character on a sheet designed to create characters is useful for a person with a bad memory like me) with all the class other than Artificer(cuz I can't buy stuff) and blood hunter(I don't anyone care about that class). Also min max stats, good spells, and race choices. So please help me. I will put a link to the warlock made thanks to the replys.
I can't exactly tell what you're asking for help with, but if you're wondering about the effectiveness of The Fiend as a patron, it's easily one of the best patrons a warlock could have. Very good damage potential and some nice bonuses for general wellness as you level up.
If you're asking about what eldritch invocations sync well with that patron, it depends largely on your pact boon. I'm quite partial to Pact of the Tome, but I almost always run Pact of the Blade as a Fiend Warlock since it works well (though not as well as Hexblade, of course). I suppose if I had to pick one invocation to get for sure, Eldritch Smite and Tomb of Levistus are great, and the latter of the two is very thematic for The Fiend. I can't in good conscious comment on pact of the chain, as I never choose it when I play as a warlock. It's not bad or anything, in fact is has a great exclusive invocation (Gift of The Ever-Living Ones) that may make it the best pact boon by far to many warlock players. I'm just not fond of familiars, mostly.

It's ok Ranger, you'll always be cool to me.. Unless druid gets another use for its wild shape charges.
I would go with Tiefling as your race for the CHA boost. They also get Darkness and Hellish Rebuke which are both Warlock Spells. This will help you out as you get only a few spells slots per short rest.
Hex, Eldritch Blast, and Agonizing Blast are your Bread and Butter. I would consider Tome for the extra utility unless your party has other full casters. I am very partial to Chain as well. An invisible familiar can be a pretty useful boon.
Id go with a half-elf. minimum 16 charisma, minimum 16 dexterity. Dump str, 10ish int/wis, rest of your points in con. pick eldritch blast as one of your cantrips. The other is irrelevant. For your invocations, take agonizing blast and repelling blast. Pick hex and something else. put hex on your targets, spam eldritch blast.
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
Unless you are going Hexblade the best thing is too spam Eldritch blast as a warlock. You could take Pact of the tome as your pact boon as a way to get shillelagh which would give you a 1d8 magic weapon that uses your CHA stat. For ASI's you want to max our CHA as soon as possible so that you are healing more with Dark One's Blessing. Elemental Adept Fire works well here as it will boost damage for your fireballs and since fire is a common resistance the feat will help negate that. Really for Warlock many builds can be strong just because of Eldritch blast so really depending on your playstyle different choices may be better for you.
I wouldn't worry about trying to make the strongest possible warlock as you won't enjoy it as much.
My first character was a warlock (i had/have no idea what I was letting myself in for lol). After level 2 I started doing more research so my fiendlock ended up going pact of the tome for more utility. If you like RP you will love playing a Warlock, just go with it and see which way your game takes you as you could find yourself designing the best Warlock in the world, but then get really bored playing the character in your game. Only ever plan a maximum of two levels in advance and prepare for those plans to change often.
My last level up (5) my choices changed about 10 times in the week leading up to the game and then another 4 times on the day of the game lol

Warlocks are wonderful...there are two mandatory choices and everything else is completely up to you.
I went with an Alternate Human and took Moderately Armored, giving my AC a substantial boost and doing away with needing Mage Armor.
I am hovering at lvl 12 and am surprisingly durable while being a beast socially.
