My warlock's patron is a succubus within a sword who fooled my warlock into believing that she was good. It seems now she will need to be killed as she is slowly turning my warlock evil. How do I help the party kill the source of every single ability I have? Logically, all the powers i have wouldn't work against her as they are from her. And, more importantly, how do I stay as a Hexblade warlock after she's dead? Should i drop the character? Multiclass? Change every level i already have in warlock for a different class?
I think this is an interesting situation... on the one hand, if you win, you might lose your powers, or at least your patron won't be able to grant you new ones. If you lose, I'd expect you to get more evil, and maybe your patron will be "done" with you, and not grant you any more powers, anyway.
Best course of action, should you decide to fight her, is try to switch up your spells & invocations so that you can help your party, because, offensive attacks may not work, as you suggested. And, you probably can't use your pact weapon to attack, well, the entity you created the pact with.
At around 2:10 and 3:45 MM states that the power once given can't be taken back. Given that most patrons are typically powerful immortal beings, granting power they can't revoke to a mortal for a few hundred years is largely inconsequential.
The problem is, what happens if that immortal being isn't quite so immortal after all and dies?

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
He absorbs his Patron's Powers and become indenpendant, but it will require years of training and hardships for the PC body to grow and be able to accustome to all that power(think All Might->Deku with One for All in MHA)

Good luck - this could be epic.
