An Oathbreaker paladin sounds about right, the ice themed abilities are the only thing it's really missing- but talk to your DM if you could alter your basic class features that deal radiant (divine smite) into cold damage. You would be a fallen paladin with a two handed weapon and cold themed powers whom can control and command the undead, without any weird multiclassing, if you absolutely HAVE to multiclass, it would be best to use the undying warlock to get arcane casting, that would give you access to cantrips that include some cold based options (assuming warlocks get ray of frost, frostbite, or chill touch- i seem to remember a few cold based invocations in the most recent Warlock oriented UA as well)
I would say that when an Oathbreaker paladin dies, he/she comes back later as a Death Knight. To make a PC death knight, I would recommend giving them traits from the death knight stat block (martial undead, the hellfire orb trait, etc.,).

Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.

More specifically, someone like Arthas himself, as shown in World of Warcraft and Heroes of the Storm?
Key abilities:
- Deals Damage to Heal Self
- Ice Damage and Themed Abilities/CC
- Raising the Dead
- Wearing Plate Armor
- 2 handed weapon
Would it be like...Eldritch Knight + Necromancer Wizard? Necromancer Wizard + Oathbreaker Paladin? Something else entirely? Not possible?
