Ashen Crown of the Phoenix Tyrant

Forged from flame and ruin. When worn, cinders drift from your eyes.

• Gain resistance to fire damage.

• When you are reduced to 0 HP, you explode in flame and reform at half HP at the start of your next turn. This phoenix rebirth can occur once per long rest.

• While wearing the crown, you may cast fireball at 4th level once per short rest, and it does not harm your allies.
