This is a primordial shard unlike any other – a piece of crystal predating the Age of Dragons that was Eberron, Siberys, and Khyber before they were shattered into three.
- Reality Sculpting (1/day) Rewrite a single clause of a spell, magical item or construct's operating logic (aka game mechanic). Reality Sculpting is ineffective on the Shard of the First Forge itself. This reduces and resets the attuned user's hit points to 1 permanently. NOTE: This will also unattune the Shard of the First Forge.
- Warforged Genesis. When used as a component within a Creation Forge, the Shard of the First Forge may infuse sentience and independent souls within constructs.
- Dragonshard Properties. This has all the properties of the Eberron, Siberys, and Khyber dragonshard crystals. It may be used as an arcane focus.
Legend of how to destroy the Shard of the First Forge...
"In the first dawn of invention, the Shard of the First Forge was struck from the anvil of purpose, its fire fed by the dreams of primordials. It is the seed of will, the first breath of the Forge Eternal—never meant to be broken, only bound. Yet should its purpose falter, and the world reel beneath the weight of unchecked creation, a path of unmaking remains.Three relics must be gathered the Tear of Flamewind, wept from eyes that have seen the end of all futures, the Breath of Anachronepsis, a still-living sigh an ancient dragon of time’s guardian, captured in the hourglass of silence, and the Crucible of Dissolution, built within the Forge of Non-being, where form dissolves into dream and dream into void. –There, at the edge of Dal Quor where the waking world frays, the Shard may be cast into unmaking!
"One must be lost. One must be changed. One must remember."
Notes: creature with Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma of 18 or greater and more than 1 hit point
The Dragons of Argonessen were angered when the Giants of Xend'rik severed the connection to Dal Quor because it provided the failsafe connection to the making and unmaking of material plane reality. It was the first time the ancient dragons believed that the Draconic Prophecies were transgressed, and retribution was required to mend it.
