Rare - Shikai (First Release)
The wielder performs the ritual of release, calling forth the true nature of their Zanpakutō. To unlock Shikai, the wielder must:

Once chosen, the weapon permanently changes shape to match its true form, however, can be reverted back a form to its awakening state which can be released to first release again as a bonus action without needing to reunlock its first release.

- To unlock this shiaki effect, the player must repeat steps 1 and 2 again (sacrifice 2 long rest again :D)

Very Rare - Bankai (Second Release)

The blade undergoes a massive transformation, becoming more powerful and unique in shape.

Gains a signature ability(at DM's choice based on character), such as:

Large-scale energy attacks (a powerful ranged strike once per long rest).

Heightened speed and defense.

A field of elemental energy surrounding the wielder.

Now functions as a +3 magical weapon.

The wielder's appearance subtly changes, reflecting the sword’s full manifestation.
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
