This armor's scales glint in light, as if they are perpetually wet. While wearing the armor, you do not suffer the movement penalty of underwater movement. In addition, the time it takes before you run out of breath underwater is doubled.

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
