This silver band stores the spell Abjuration magic, while worn you can use the following abilities below as a Magic action.  
When found, it contains 1d4-1 charges (Minimum of 1) and cannot be regained.

Dispel Object. The wearer can expend 1 charge to dispel a curse imbued into a object. 

Dispel Curse.  The wearer can expend 2 charges to dispel a curse that has been placed upon them by Bestow Curse.

Dispel Spell. The wearer expend all 3 charges to cast the spell counterspell at level 8

Once all the charges are used the silver band breaks.
