Ancient Dragonscale Gauntlet

While you wear an ancient dragonscale gauntlet, any weapon you grasp with it is treated as a magic weapon while held. As a bonus action, you can use the gauntlet to envelope your weapon in a surge of magical energy. While enveloped, successful attacks made with that weapon deal 1d8 additional magic damage of the type corresponding to the type of dragonscale used to create the gauntlet.  This effect lasts a number of rounds equal to your proficiency bonus and can be activated once per short rest.
