This Mantle has one pocket on each side of the interior. These pockets can each hold up to 2 cubic feet of materials(normally for spell books and scrolls/research notes)
You have a +3 to AC and are resistant to slashing and piercing damage
You can choose to bestow this mantle on and ally within 5 feet of you if you do that ally receives all benefits of this mantle.
In addition all damage that the bestowed ally receives is directly transferred to the original wearer and if they are to die the mantle immediately becomes attuned to the wearer if able if not the mantle adjusts it self and the attune period is halved.
This can be worn over, and does not count as, armor.
