You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. 

Bloodsurge. You gain a number of Bloodsurges equal to your Hemocraft modifier (your choice between Intelligence or Wisdom). You regain 1 expended Bloodsurge each time you roll a 20 on the d20 roll for an attack with this weapon, or deal a killing blow with this weapon.

Sanguine Scales. When you would take necrotic damage equal to a roll of your hemocraft die, you can instead expend 1 Bloodsurge to gain a number of temporary hit points equal to a roll of your hemocraft die. You can only use Sanguine Scales once per short or long rest.

Sanguine Claws. While you are transformed, you may expend 1 Bloodsurge to infuse your claws with the power of your rite and this weapon as a bonus action. You apply your Crimson Rite feature to your unarmed strikes, and any feature that you gain from this weapon can now be used without wielding it. When you would activate your rite, you can choose to roll an additional roll of necrotic damage to increase the damage of your crimson rite by 1d4.

Bloodform. As an action, or as a Free Action during combat, you can transform your ???? into a different weapon type with which you are proficient. Your ???? retains any buffs or debuffs applied to it before its transformation (e.x. Crimson Rite, Magic Weapon, Holy Weapon)

Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
