A metal tube capped at one end, and highly polished inside. There is a sliding button on the side. moving the slide forward to the first notch will flip the valve inside that reveals a disc that has light cast on it. At this setting the effect is similar to a bullseye lantern. (casts bright light in a 60-foot cone and dim light for an additional 60 feet.) sliding the button forward to the front edge of the tube will cause a lighting effect like a torch (providing bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.)
