These legendary armbands are woven from the feathers of a celestial faerie griffin, lustrous with silver and moonlight, enhanced by a gently vibrating thread of blue lightning. Their surface shimmers like the plumage of a stormbird, and they leave behind the wearer a faint scent of ionized air and heavenly dew.
While wearing these oiled bracers lined with magic griffon feathers, your speed increases by 5 feet.
In addition, you can use an action to speak the bracers' command word to vanish into a plume of sparks and feathers. Choose up to 5 different creatures that you can see within 60 feet of you. Make a melee weapon attack with advantage against each target, briefly appearing next to each one before making the attack. A target takes an extra 2d10 lightning damage and 1d10 force damage on a hit, or half as much lightning damage on a miss. You can then teleport to an unoccupied space you can see within 5 feet of one of the targets or return to your original space, reappearing in a flourish of electricity, feathers, and wind. Once this property of the bracers has been used, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
Peak Aura
While wearing these bracers, you are considered to be under the constant effect of the spell feather fall and freedom of movement, but only in mountainous, aerial, or sylvan terrain. Additionally, you take no falling damage.
Feathers of Remembrance (3 times per day)
When you fall to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction to leave behind a fey feather charged with your life force. It explodes after 1 round, dealing 4d10 lightning to all enemies within a 10-foot radius and restoring you with 1d10 + your Constitution modifier hit points, teleporting your body to a point within that radius.
Notes: Bonus: Speed, Melee Weapon Attack: Lightning, Bonus: Armor Class
