This is a durable light-weight metal, but heavy enough to slow your flying speed by half. However your AC is increased by 5, in addition you can use an additional attack with your foot stepping on your foe, dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage, or slashing if you have talons.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
