Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Must be attuned for 24 hours, and placed on Body as part of a Curse/Pact with a Devil )
This item is the infernal Soul of a Demon trapped in a hell-forged set of "limbs" - typically both arms.
It acts as a replacement for 1 or both arms that have been removed, or severely Damaged.
It provides 19 strength and full use, and +1 AC.
However, the character cannot attune magic items such as Rings or Weapons unless they are attuned to Evil (not matter the alignment of the wearer)
This item cannot be removed without first a Remove Curse, and then a Greater Restoration.
Otherwise the item will remain attached even after death.
Notes: Set: Strength Score, Bonus: Armor Class, Must be attuned for 24 hours, and placed on Body as part of a Curse/Pact with a Devil , Buff, Cursed, Handwear
