You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. While attuned to this weapon, you gain the following benefits:
Your strength score is increased by 2. Any time you deal slashing, piercing or bludgeoning damage, you deal additional damage of that type equal to half the rolled damage, rounded down. Additionally, when you receive damage, you are healed for an amount equal to your strength score, and deal slashing damage to any number of target creatures within 15 feet of you equal to your strength scores times 2.
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
