The Shield is emblazoned with the symbol of The Palustrian Army. Three overlapping capital letters "V" , the center V being twice the size of the two flanking ones.

While utilizing this Shield, the bearer has  Advantage on Initiative rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
