Assassins Longbow "Seliatour"

This Longbow has been crafted from the branches of a Shadowfel oak.  The string is woven from the fur of a Nightmare.  The craving work down the legs of the bow are specifically crafted to grant the wielder extra ordinary abilities.

Eyes of the Hunter: While attuned to this bow you are granted the ability to cast Hunters Mark once per day.  However, if your prey falls while hunters mark is still active you can move that mark to a new target 15ft away from your downed prey.

Sneak Attack: On your first attack action with this bow, while attuned to it, if your prey does not see you or is occupied with an ally that is within 5ft of it.  On hit, your Damage is improved adding 2d6 additional damage to your roll.

Death, Improved: Your critical chance is increased.  While attuned to this weapon you now critically hit on 19 as well as 20 when rolled naturally.

Shadow Cover:  While hiding the shadows they will keep your save and aid your attack.  If you have taken the Hide action in the previous turn, or have rolled a stealth check to mask your position.  Your AC gets a +2 bonus for 1 round.  You also gain advantage on attack rolls.during that round. 

Sentient:

The soul of a Shadar-kai hunter resides in this bow.  Seliatour (Pronouced: Sal-ei-turr) was a solider for the Raven Queen and a Dark Protector of the Elven race.  They vow to forever protect the Elven People and will stop at nothing to up hold the laws of the Raven Queen.  They are Chaotic Good, with an Intelligence of 13, Wisdom of 18, and Charisma of 15.  Can see up to 120 ft darkvision. and can hear up to 30ft.  Seliatour understand and speaks both Common and Undercommon.

Personality: Seliatour is first a solider of the Raven Queen.  Upholding her laws against necromancy and the manipulation of the dead.  They will not tolerate any ability that tries to takes away from the Raven Queen.  This including the resurrection of allies that have fallen in combat.  Secondly they are a protector of the Elven people.  They will help any person with Elven blood that wields it or ask something of it without hesitation unless it conflicts with the laws of the Raven Queen.

 

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
