Anchorstone Amulet

This metal amulet is made from a jagged piece of meteorite and attached to a rusted chain. It feels unnaturally heavy when worn.

While wearing this amulet the users speed is reduced by 10 feet and get a -5 to initiative.

As a reaction to a creature creating an attack of opportunity, you can cause that creature to be burdened by an overwhelming weight. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone, while prone in this manner the creature is considered grappled. The creature must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throws at the start of each of its turns ending the effect on a success.

Once per day, you can cast Earthbind on a flying creature, spell save DC 15.
