Amulet of Divine Judgment

While wearing this amulet, you can take a Magic action to release a burst of radiant power in 30 meter radius around you, affecting foes and allies alike. Each creature other than you must succeed in Wisdom Saving Throw or become vulnerable to Radiant damage for 2 turns. Regardless of whether a creature succeeds or fails its saving throw, it also becomes resistant to Necrotic damage for 2 turns.

Once the amulet is used, it cannot be of used again until you finish the Long Rest.
