Ring, rare
The ring has a red gem on one side, but otherwise looks like a simple golden ring. The gem can be twisted to one side in order to access an extradimensional space, not unlike a Bag of Holding or Portable Hole, that holds small objects or liquids, and takes the shape of a vial. If the gem is twisted to the other side, a small spike pops out opposite to the gem, which can administer the contents of the vial. It is a favorite of assassins due to the fact that they can simply shake hands with a target and administer a lethal dose of poison, or simply carry a vial of poison around undetected.
Notes: The ring does not fill itself up on its own. It has to be filled by the user.
