The wielded gets a +3 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls with this maul.
Earthy shake: the maul can use this three times until next long rest. You can take an action to strike the ground and create a minor earthquake. Each creature in a 30 ft radius must make a DC 23 constitution saving throw or get pushed thirty feet and take 20 (4d10) bludgeoning damage.
Earth Plague: the maul can use this once before a long rest. You take an action to hurl a tornado of rocks. Each creature in a 10 ft wide 60 ft long line gets pushed to the end of the line and take 30 (6d10) bludgeoning damage.
Earthly benefits: while attuned to this maul you gain the following benefits:
- you can burrow for 30 ft
- you get immunity to bludgeoning damage.
Proficiency with a Maul allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
