This amulet is made of polished obsidian with a single, unblinking eye carved into it.
- When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with a spell attack, you regain one expended spell slot of 3rd level or lower. This property can't be used again until the start of your next turn.
- Flaw: The amulet occasionally whispers forgotten secrets or unsettling truths that may distract the wearer (DM's discretion, minor roleplaying cues).
