The amulet looks to be a collection of, what appears to be, brass dragon scales that have been shaped into a hockey puck sized and shaped amulet that is hung from on a simple chain.
After the wearer has worn the amulet for 24 hours the wearer may cast “Conjure Dragon”
Conjure Dragon - Bring into existence a young dragon whose types reflects the quality of the gem that has been infused with the amulet (green gem - green dragon, red gem - red dragon) (note, the kind of gem infused to the amulet can be changed if a gem of sufficient quality, as determined by the DM, is obtained and someone of master level jeweler has done the work.)
The young dragon brought into existence with “Conjure Dragon” remains in existence until the wearer of the amulet dismisses the “summon” or until the wearer fails 3 concentration checks. Once the wearer fails the 3 concentration checks or dismisses the young dragon, the dragon cannot be recast until the wearer has re-attuned to the amulet. Further, the wearer can only cast “Conjure Dragon” once per 7 days or every 168 hours.
The Young Dragon brought into existence with “Conjure Dragon” has all the same stats as a Young Dragon from the Monster Manuel. All checks that would be attempting to determine if the conjured dragon is real would reveal that it is a real young dragon and only when the wearer of the amulet has failed a concentration check would the young dragon to be revealed to be a conjured dragon.
Notes: Wearing the amulet for 24 hours
