Amnesty is a hat with a large rugged chain tied around it. On the front sits a deep blue orb that appears to have runes shifting all around it. This hat was gifted by Canis to his first Disciple Delulu.
Upon attuning to the hat the wearer gains the following effects:
Dormant: Your spell attack modifier and spell save DC increase by 1. In addition whenever you cast Eldredge blast it does an addition 1d8 cold damage. The wearer also gains a +1 to AC.
Awakened: Your spell attack modifier and spell save DC increase by 2. The additional cold damage on Eldredge blast increases to an additional 2d8 cold. Also, the wear adds their charisma bonus to their AC.
Exalted: Your spell attack modifier and spell save DC increase by 3. The additional cold damage on Eldredge blast increases to an additional 3d8 cold. Also, the wearer can call upon the power of Canis. Once per day, you can using a bonus action take on the form of the wolf. When you are in this form all cold damage dice rolls are treated as max damage. You take half damage to all non-bludgeoning damage. And you instantly regain all used spell slots. Once you exit this from you take 3 points of exhaustion.
