Amulet of Mind-Slipping

The Amulet of Mind-Slipping, once attuned, allows the user to temporarily become impossible to remember or recall. Once a day, the user can use an action to activate the amulet for on minute

While activated, the following effects take place:

• The user is not able to be remembered or recalled by any creature other than themselves. The user can speak and interact with other creatures, but once the interaction is over, the creature will forget the user and have difficulty recalling the conversation itself. If the conversation or interaction is long, the creature the user is interacting with will start forgetting the user during the conversation itself, and have difficulty keeping the thread of conversation.
• The user has advantage on stealth checks

When activating the Amulet of Mind-Slipping, roll a d100. On a 1, the user is permanently impossible to remember or recall, the Amulet of Mind-Slipping is destroyed, and the above effects are permanent for the user.
