Aluneth Acknowledged by Malygos

Chaser of Grandeur: As a being that has forsaken its own body in order to chase greater knowledge, Aluneth carries an obsessive personality chasing magical power, boasting its arcane wealth and goading those that it deems not capable of helping in its objective. The staff talks in a deep preposterous voice belittling anyone that is not a wizard. Speaks in Common and can be understood by anyone. 

Spellweaver's imminence:  While attuned and equipped your Intelligence score increases by 2, as does your maximum for that score. 

Growing Potential: While attuned and equipped you have one extra 1st level spell slot and 2st level spell slot.

Arcane Projection: As a bonus action, you can cause the spirit to manifest as a Medium spectral object, in an unoccupied space you can see within 60 feet of you. The spirit is intangible and doesn't occupy its space. You can do so a number of times per day equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

While manifested, the spirit can hear, see and talk, and it has darkvision with a range of 60 feet. Whenever you cast a wizard spell that has a target that does not include you on your turn, you can cast it as if you were in the spirit's space, instead of your own, using its senses.  As a bonus action, you can cause the spirit to hover up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space that you or it can see. It can pass through creatures but not objects. The spirit stops manifesting if it is ever more than 300 feet away from you, you are separated from it by an obstacle in the Ethereal Plane(i.e. a Wall of Force is cast between you and the spirit), if someone casts Dispel Magic on it, if the artifact is destroyed, if you die, or if you dismiss the spirit as a bonus action. 

While manifested, you may take another reaction per turn in addition to your normal one.
