DM: Suddenly the skeleton whips out a literal chainsaw flame thrower guitar and begins playing it.
Player: Isn't that a bit cliche?
DM: (Looks annoyed) The skeleton gives you a rude hand gesture for criticizing it's weapon before incinerating you with it's guitar.
Player: Don't you have to roll to...
DM: SILENCE!
Player: (Regrets ever meeting the DM) Why do I still play with you.
DM: Uh.....
(An awkward silence fills the room.)
With the "Chainsaw Flame Thrower Guitar" you have a +2 to hit with melee attacks and once a day you can blast fire in a 15 ft. cone and each creature in it must makes a DC 16 dexterity saving throw or take 3d8 fire damage and reflect on how cliche and unoriginal that weapon is. Also if you're a bard you can play the chainsaw flame thrower guitar as an action and each friendly creature within 30 ft. of you that can hear you to gain 5 temporary hit points and to add a +2 to their next attack roll.
Proficiency with a Glaive allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
Notes: Heavy, Reach, Two-Handed, Graze
What would it look like?
Imagine a black titanium well tuned electric guitar with the lower bout turned into a buzz saw and a gas tank and lighter tied to the head stock. Basically your average chainsaw flame thrower guitar.
