Forged in the Nine Hells, these ethereal manacles are applied only to creatures who have sold their souls to Asmodeus. The manacles are only given to creatures that the Nine Hells have special interest in. The manacles are invisible to most creature's eyes, only visible to those who have sold their souls to the Nine Hells or those with truesight.
While you wear both of these hellfire manacles, any non-magical weapon you grasp with either manacled hand is treated as a hellfire weapon. The weapon is considered a magical weapon. As a bonus action, you can use the manacles to cause magical flames to envelop one or two melee weapons in your grasp. Each flaming weapon deals an extra 1d6 fire damage on a hit. The flames last until you sheath or let go of either weapon. Once used, this property can’t be used again until the next dawn.
This item also shares the same properties of sending stones.
You can say the name Aezeth three times in a row (a pseudonym, title, or nickname doesn't work). If Aezeth is on a plane other than the one you are on, a portal opens in Aezeth's immediate vicinity and Aezeth has the choice to go through it to the nearest unoccupied space on your side of the portal. Aezeth has the same statistics as an Erinyes. You gain no special power over Aezeth, and she is free to act as the GM deems appropriate. She might leave, attack you, or help you. Once used, this property can't be used again until 30 days have passed.
Curse. These manacles are cursed. Whenever you don or doff it, you must make a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw, taking 100 (10d10 + 45) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Only a wish spell can remove the manacle’s curse.
Notes: Damage: Fire, a person whose soul is sold to Asmodeus, Damage, Combat, Handwear
