The Ale Hammer might seem a little weird in its physique. A large keg on a stick that is swung around like a war hammer, how effective could that be? As it turns out, its very effective.
The Ale Hammer has the base stats of a warhammer (1d8) but has some magical properties to it. The more drunk the creature that is attacking with the weapon is, the more damage it does. If a creature consumes 2 pints of ale 1 hour before attacking with the ale hammer, the ale hammer does 2d8. If the creature consumes 4 pints of ale 1 hour before attacking with the Ale Hammer, it does 3d8. After drinking 4 pints of ale, if that attack lands, alongside the 3d8 damage, the creature attacked must make a constitution contest against the wielder of the Ale Hammer. On a success, nothing happens. If the creature fails the contest, they are knocked unconscious from intoxication for 1d4-1 rounds (minimum is 1 round) from the mass amount of ale that was injected into their blood stream when being hit. After making a successful contest against the Ale Hammer and its wielder, the creature is immune from the effects of the ale hammer (excluding damage) for 1d12+5 hours. If 6 pints are consumed 1 hour before attacking, the wielder of the Ale Hammer can use a action to open up a small hole in the keg and spurt ale at high forces and speeds. If aimed at a creature, the creature must make a dexterity saving throw (DC 14). On a success, the creature avoids the mass amount of ale heading towards him. On a fail, the creature is knocked prone and takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage. The creature must then make a constitution contest against the wielder of the Ale hammer. On a fail, the creature is knocked out for 1d4 rounds. On a successes, nothing happens. This ability can only be used 3 times a day. After 9 uses, the keg must be refilled again to spurt ale from it once again.
