These reinforced goggles are a marvel of dwarven engineering—crafted from blackened iron, fitted with smoked obsidian lenses, and etched with minuscule rune-glyphs only visible under moonlight. Once worn by Snapbolt, they have seen through flame, fog, and fury.

While attuned to the goggles, you gain the following benefits:

• Smoke Pierce. You can see clearly through nonmagical smoke, gas, and fog up to 60 feet. Magical versions of these effects count as heavily obscured instead of fully obscured.

• Flashguard Lenses. You have advantage on saving throws against effects that would blind you, such as sunbeam or color spray.

• Obsidian Insight. Once per long rest, you can focus the lenses to gain tactical foresight. For 1 minute, you may roll a d4 and add it to one attack roll, saving throw, or ability check per turn (no action required). This effect ends early if you are incapacitated or blinded.
