Amulet of the Seer's Eye

Bound Item. Once this item is attuned to an individual, it becomes bound to them. The amulet sinks into the chest of the wearer, and left in its place is a tattoo-like marking similar to the amulet’s shape. Each crystal bound to the amulet grants the user different abilities:

Crystal of Certainty 

• If any unbound crystals that belong to this amulet are on the same plane of existence as you, you are aware of their presence and the shortest path to get to it. You have a vague understanding of how far you are from it, but not the exact distance.
• You can cast the spell Locate Object or Locate Creature once per long rest. For one hour after you cast Locate Object or Locate Creature this way, you believe that you are incapable of being incorrect and have disadvantage on insight checks.

Crystal of Fleeting Moments

• You can cast Blink once per long rest. For one hour after you cast Blink this way, you have difficulty focusing on tasks and conversations and have disadvantage on concentration and investigation checks.
