Wondrous Item, very rare
An arrow of precision will hit exactly where it is meant to hit. Roll all attack rolls using an arrow of precision with advantage. On a hit, the target must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or suffer one of the following conditions:
- Eye Shot. Target is blinded.
- Ear Shot. Target is deafened.
- Throat Shot. Target is unable to speak above a whisper and can not preform verbal components for spells.
- Hand Shot. Target loses use of one hand. If they were wielding a weapon or shield, they are disarmed.
- Foot Shot. Target suffers a -5 ft. penalty to movement.
- Arm Shot. Target subtracts 1d4 from all attack rolls and Strength ability checks, and saving throws.
- Leg Shot. Target can not take the dash action and suffers disadvantage on all Dexterity ability checks and saving throws.
- Artery Shot. Target loses 1d6 hit points at the end of each turn.
- Vital Shot. Target suffers a -1 penalty to all rolls. Any failed attempt to remove the arrow deals 1d8 slashing damage to the creature.
A creature may use an action to remove the arrow, making a DC 16 Medicine check to remove the inflicted condition. Otherwise, a lesser restoration spell or similar magic can remove the condition.
Notes: Damage, Debuff, Movement, Combat, Bane
