šÆ Harmonic Guidance
Whistlefang responds to your breath, humming, or whispered commands. You do not need to physically touch it to control it. As long as you can whistle, hum, or speak, you may:

As a bonus action, command the arrow to fly in a curved path and strike a target within range you can see.

It ignores cover and does not require line of sightāso long as it can reach the targetās location physically (like through an open window or hole).

The arrow automatically hits unless the target succeeds on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking half damage on a success.

As an action, you may unleash a killing aria, causing Whistlefang to spiral through up to 6 creatures you can see within 60 feet of you.

If 3 or more creatures are killed in one use of this ability, Whistlefang emits a final note that charms all enemies within 15 ft. of you until the end of your next turn (no save)

If you insert Whistlefang into a Cannith or Kundarak device (like a mask lock or vault port), it can act as a Blood Key, bypassing magical biometric scans once per day.
Proficiency with a Dart allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
