This ugly pottery Mug once filled with ale will keep refilling itself as long as there is a small amount of ale in the mug. It will refill to the foamy brim if left for more than five minutes with a little in the bottom. The beauty of this very ugly mug is that it will refill constantly as long as it is drunk directly from the mug. The ale depends upon the initial brew poured into it. Once completely empty it will cease to refill itself. If ale of a different kind is poured into it, the mug will refill with the same brew. It will also always be cold and fresh regardless of the original brew poured into it.
Rumour has it that the mug was created by a very alcoholic Mage who then forgot how he managed to create it. He used a pottery mug made by a child who wasn’t very good at making things made of pottery.
