Description. A diaphanous cloak woven from the living tapestry of the cosmos. Its fabric shimmers with drifting galaxies, swirling nebulae, and darting star-punctures that trail sparks of starlight. At random moments, spectral auroras ripple across its surface in shifting hues of violet, teal, and ember. The hem dissolves into glittering motes of astral dust that hover inches above the ground before vanishing. The clasp is an ever-breathing opalescent star, engraved with impossible runes that pulse faintly to the wearer’s heartbeat. Even in total darkness, the cloak exudes a soft celestial glow that never diminishes.
Usage. Gain a +3 bonus to Armor Class and all saving throws while wearing this cloak.
Lore. Legends speak of its creation by the final Star-Weaver of the Celestial Conclave, who spun the veil from a fallen god’s last dying dream. It was draped upon the shoulders of a planar sentinel who sealed a rift between worlds, and whispers say the cloak remembers each threat it helped overcome, silently bolstering its bearer in times of dire need.
Material Composition. Quantum-infused nebula silk entwined with adamantine filaments
Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Bonus: Saving Throws, Warding, Outerwear
