Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a creature at least level 10)

Fortified. Your Constitution score is 19 while you wear this amulet. This ability has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 18 or higher without it.

Action Surge. You can push yourself beyond your normal limits for a moment. On your turn, you can take one additional action. Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again. Starting at 17th level, you can use it twice before a rest, but only once on the same turn.

Forged in the crucible of the Battle of Vraxhold, the Amulet of the Champion was created from the shattered armor of the legendary warlord Tharion Steelheart, a fighter whose name echoed across the Blood Plains and beyond. Tharion was said to have stood for seven days and nights without rest, defending the gates of a broken city while mortals and gods watched in awe. When he finally fell, not from a blade but from sheer exhaustion, his soul did not pass into the afterlife—it fused with his armor, and from its core, the amulet was born. It appears as a miniature shield that he bore.

Crafted by the archmage Cameron the Clairvoyant, the amulet holds not just enchantment, but essence. It does not grant strength—it awakens it in those who already have the will to fight.
