This silver amulet is inset with a ring of rubies, with a single onyx at the center. The gems form the impression of an eye, and it feels like it's staring through you.
While attuned to this amulet, conversing with someone for more than ten minutes allows you to attempt to read their heart's desire. The target creature must make a Wisdom save with DC 14. On a successful save, you learn nothing, but the creature is not aware of the attempt. If the creature succeeds by 5 or more, they become aware that you were attempting to probe their mind.
