Weapon (shortbow), +1 to attack and damage rolls

Kindle the Spark

When you hit a creature with this bow, you may ignite a spark on impact. The target takes an additional 1d4 fire damage. If the creature is carrying flammable items or wearing nonmagical armor, it must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or catch fire, taking 1d6 fire damage at the start of each of its turns for 1 minute. It can use an action to extinguish the flames.

Smoke Veil

Once per short rest, you can use a bonus action to cast Fog Cloud (centered on the point of impact) when you make a successful attack with the Ashspire Bow. You do not need material components, and the spell lasts its full duration even if you lose concentration, but can only be used in this way once per rest.

Burning Bloom

Once per long rest, after hitting with the bow, you may detonate the arrow mid-flight as a reaction. Instead of dealing normal damage, the arrow explodes in a 10-foot radius sphere. All creatures in the area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 fire damage on a failure or half on a success. This explosion ignites flammable objects that aren’t being worn or carried.

Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
