Aegon's Bident of the Underworld

This long, two-pronged weapon is forged from shadow-black adamantine, veined with glowing silver that pulses with the stillness of the grave. The prongs never dull. Whispers from the dead linger around it, offering both reverence and warning. It is a relic gifted by Hades to those who walk the veil between life and death — not to bring ruin, but to maintain balance.

Death's Reach 
When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with this weapon, you can cause a wave of necrotic energy to erupt. Each creature of your choice within 15 feet must make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier). On a failed save, a creature takes 3d6 necrotic damage and is frightened until the end of your next turn. Usable Wisdom modifier times per long rest (minimum 1).

Eyes of the Underworld
As an action, you can cast detect undead or speak with dead without expending a spell slot. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum 1) per long rest.

Ward of Erebos
While attuned to the bident, you have resistance to necrotic damage. Additionally, once per long rest, when you would be reduced to 0 hit points, you may instead drop to 1 hit point and gain temporary hit points equal to twice your Wisdom modifier.

Proficiency with a Trident allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
