Wondrous Item, uncommon
The choker consists of two components, a toggle device and the choker proper. When activated via the toggle device as an bonus action, if within 30 ft., the choker causes its wearer to becomes silenced. The wearer is deafened, cannot speak or otherwise make noise, and is immune to thunder damage. The choker can be disabled as a bonus action.
