Wondrous Item, very rare
This magical item has three charges between each long rest taken. If a charge is spent, then the creature wearing the amulet can roll their hit die to regain their health. For this amulet, the players can roll the number of hit die equal to their level plus one, if the extra one is needed. The three charges are not restored if the amulet switches characters. It is only restored between long rests.
