These are two rings that seem to be made in the exact same manner down to even the most intricate details. They have circuit like designs that go entirely around them. The only differences between the two rings is one is red with blue circuits while the other is blue with red circuits. A creature can wear both rings, however if two different creatures are wearing one of the rings, the circuits seems to light up. As a item interaction, if two different creatures are wearing one of the rings within 60ft of each other and are both willing, they can use the Fusion feature. The fusion feature lasts for 1 hour, or until both fused creatures reach 0 hp, they reappear within 5ft of the space they were coexisting. Once you use this feature you must wait 2 days before using it again.
Fusion: They can fuse the two creatures into one. The two creatures now share the same space until dispelled, they choose which of their original locations they arrive at, or if they arrive in the space closest to being between the two. They share the same space at all times and gain the following effects.
- Only the creature with the highest AC can be targeted or hurt, and gains resistance to all damage. Whenever they take damage, the fused partner takes the same amount of damage they do. If one of them is affected by a spell, they both are.
- When the highest AC makes a saving throw, they can choose to have the fused partner make the save for them if their hp is above 0.
- When one makes a skill check, the can choose to have the other make it for them.
- They share passive features with each other (features that don't use action economy), share creature types., and share movement speeds (They use whoever's the highest in each speed)
- If one of them reaches 0 hp, they do not make death saves until their bonded partner also reaches 0 hp. If the one with the highest AC is at 0hp, the other creature can now be targeted and hit. If the one with the highest AC is the only one with hp more than 0, they lose their resistance to all damage.
