Manufactured at Rouis’s request by Tirdan of Flonar Blacksmithing, this highly untraditional weapon is exemplary of its user’s unwavering strength and bonds with others, specifically, their partner Pokémon.
Mithral Plating. This weapon’s lightweight composition allows for a greater range of control and precision from its wielder, and its sharpened edges allow it to cut cleanly through whatever may lie in its way. You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon, and these benefits extend to any additional attacks granted via the Polearm Master Feat. Additionally, this weapon ignores the Two-Handed property of the Glaive, allowing it to be wielded in one hand without issue.
Poison-Tipped. Upon landing an attack with this weapon’s blade, you can expend a charge to deal an additional 2d6 Poison damage, and force the target to make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 plus your Strength modifier and your Proficiency Bonus), inflicting them with the Poisoned condition on a failure, repeating the save at the end of each of their turns.
Venom Reservoir. This weapon’s charges can be restored by a Poison Type Pokémon taking an Action and expending a Spell Slot to refill the weapon’s supply of poisonous fluid. A Bond Level of 20 or higher is required to perform such a maneuver mid-combat; however, it can be done freely over the course of a Short Rest outside of battle without expending a Spell Slot.
Lightweight Build. Due to this weapon’s lighter material makeup, its wielder must choke up on the hilt to deliver adequate force with each of their strikes. This weapon ignores the Reach property of the Glaive.
Proficiency with a Glaive allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Bonus: Magic, Ignore Weapon Property: Two-Handed, Weapon Property: Versatile, Ignore Weapon Property: Reach, “strong willed individual,” whatever that means., Heavy, Reach, Two-Handed, Graze
