Developed by Victoria Meridian in order to help Ebony manage her outbursts while in Suura City.
When you trigger a wild magic surge, instead of rolling on the wild magic surge table you can store it in the Amulet of the Storm. The amulet can store three surges. As a bonus action you can release the chaotic storm of magic with all surges released at once. Roll on the magic surge table once for each surge you have stored.
