As an action, you can activate the beads by lifting your drink—real or illusory—and offering a toast. All creatures of your choice within 30 feet who are holding drinks (magical or mundane) feel an irresistible surge of camaraderie. Each affected creature instinctively joins the toast, clinking cups, mugs, or glasses—even if they were previously distracted or engaged in mild hostility.

This magical toast does not charm or control minds, but it immediately ends any minor arguments among the participants, so long as neither party has initiated violence, and grants advantage on Persuasion checks made by you or a creature of your choice against any creature who joined in, until the end of your next turn.

Once expended, the beads retain their appearance but lose all magical properties. Though no longer enchanted, these necklaces are often kept as keepsakes, reminders of the grand parades, arcane carnivals, or festival spectacles where they were earned, caught, or awarded.
