A fine dagger imbued with a teal stone, that is a magical weapon. A blade and a paint brush on either side of the hilt, combines into a perfect weapon for an avid artist. This weapon is a +2 weapon.
This weapon requires attunement, and can be used as an arcane focus. When performing the spells granted by this weapon, and whilst wielding this weapon, no somatic component is needed to perform the spells.
You gain access to the Paint Blast cantrip and Color Blast as prepared spells. Charisma or Wisdom is the spell modifier for these spells.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
