Awakened Authority of Forms

The Authority of Forms is a Glowing silver orb, with a small war hammer at it's center. situated at the center of a piece of armor.

The Authority has 10 charges for the following properties. It regains expended charges daily at dawn. you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to activate one of the possible effects. You gain a +1 bonus to AC

Form of Blade. You can use 1 Charge to create any 1 simple or martial weapon in the user's hand. The weapon is magical, cannot be disarmed and cannot be dropped. Using a free action you can discard that Weapon, dispelling it. Additionally you can use 1 charge to create any Artisan's tools in your hands. All items summoned this way are a +1 weapon or tool.

Form of Magic. You can use 2 Charges to change the damage type of your spells or class abilities to any other damage type. 

Form of Space. You can use 3 Charges to double the range of a single spell you cast. When you cast a spell that has a range of touch, you can spend 3 charge to make the range of the spell 30 feet. You can use 2 Charges to add 5 feet to the diameter of a spell's affected range, with a maximum of 10 charges used, expanding it's diameter by 25 feet. spells with a specified target are unaffected.

Form of Time. You can use 2 charges to replenish a 1st level spell slot, and 2 charges for each spell slot above a 1st level. 

Form of Forms. While attuned to the Authority of forms you are able to cast the following spells: Mending, Mold Earth, Prestidigitation, Shape Water, Thaumaturgy. These spells count as artificer spells for the purpose of casting. Additionally you are able to fabricate an item worth 5 gold pieces or less as an action.
