This amulet makes you unaffected by all but the most extreme kinds of weather. You can walk on snow as if it where stone. Rain, snow and muck no longer makes you or the items on your person wet. So long as the weather remains -50 to 100 Fahrenheit the weather is perfectly pleasant as you are concerned and you do not get wet so long as you do not chose to dive into water or someone/something causes you to become wet.
