Requires Attunement by the Living Light of Elyria

This delicate, crystal amulet glows with an ethereal light, resonating with the essence of Elyria. While attuned to the amulet, the Living Light of Elyria gains the following benefits:

- Moonlit Gateway: During a full moon, as an action, the Living Light of Elyria can use the amulet to teleport to the Realm of Elyria. This effect can be used once per full moon.
- Connection to the Light: After teleporting to the Realm of Elyria, the Living Light of Elyria establishes a deep connection with the essence of Elyria. Once attuned they gain advantage on all Wisdom checks and can communicate with the guardians of the realm.
- Stabilizing Influence: The amulet's presence helps stabilize the Living Light's wild magic, preventing it from becoming unstable and destructive.

Unstable Magic: Without the amulet, the Living Light's wild magic becomes increasingly unstable. Each day without the amulet, the Living Light must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, their magic surges out of control, causing a random effect:

- Uncontrolled Blast: The Living Light unleashes a 30-foot radius blast of magical energy, dealing 1d10 force damage to all creatures within the area.
- Wild Magic Surge: The Living Light's magic causes a random effect, such as turning an object or creature bright pink, causing a nearby plant to grow rapidly, or creating a 10-foot radius sphere of magical silence.

Restrictions and Risks:

- Exclusive Use: The amulet can only be attuned and used by the Living Light of Elyria.
- Moon's Influence: The amulet's Moonlit Gateway feature can only be used during a full moon. Attempting to use it at other times has no effect.
- Realm's Trials: The Realm of Elyria presents its own challenges and trials. The DM determines the nature of these trials, which may test the Living Light's courage, wisdom, or resolve.

Destruction: The amulet can be destroyed by:

- Darkness Descending: If the Living Light of Elyria falls to darkness or becomes corrupted, the amulet's connection to Elyria is severed, and it loses its power.
- Elyria's Judgment: If the Living Light of Elyria betrays the principles of Elyria or fails to uphold their duties, the realm itself may withdraw its power from the amulet, rendering it inert.
